SB 7 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute giving the State the right to file land suits in Travis County instead of the county where the land is situated, and requiring that suits already filed but not tried to be transferred or moved to the proper court in the county where the land is situated, providing that such suits must hereafter be brought in the county where the land involved or any part thereof may lie.
SB 8 Caption: Relating to providing for the compensation of court reporters in certain Judicial Districts.
SB 9 Caption: Relating to providing that all policies of Workmen's Compensation Insurance shall contain endorsement as to the method of determining dividends and assessments, if any, prohibiting more than one plan of operation by any one company or association, prohibiting discrimination between policyholders, and providing for invalidity of agreements made contrary to the terms hereof and that violation of the terms hereof shall be cause for revocation of license to write Workmen's Compensation Insurance.

SB 247 Caption: Relating to providing for interest at the rate of 6% per annum on all moneys or royalties payable or deliverable on account of the production of oil, gas or other minerals from lands within this State when said moneys or royalties are not paid within thirty days from the production of said minerals and providing for the calculation of said interest on royalties payable in minerals.
SB 272 Caption: Relating to providing that rate of premiums to be charged or collected by all companies transacting the business of fire and/or tornado insurance in this State shall be exclusively fixed and determined and promulgated by the Board of Insurance Commissioners, and providing that no insurance company shall charge or collect any premium or other compensation for any policy of fire and/or tornado insurance other than at the rate as herein provided for.
SB 273 Caption: Relating to providing that any Life Insurance Company of the State, for the purpose of investing its funds, or any part thereof, may purchase and hold as collateral security, or otherwise, and sell and convey the capital stock, bonds, bills of exchange or other commercial notes or bills and securities of any solvent dividend paying corporation which has not defaulted in the payment of any of its obligations for a period of five years, the current market value of which such stock, bonds, bills of exchange, or other commercial notes and securities shall be at all times during the continuance of such loan at least fifty percent more than the sum loaned thereon.
SB 369 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas the sum of Six Thousand One Hundred Forty-eight Dollars and Eighty Cents ($6,148.80) not otherwise appropriated to cover taxes due by the State of Texas to the Sugar Land Independent School District covering the years from 1918 to 1927, inclusive.
SB 421 Caption: Relating to requiring a radio broadcasting station or stations to file semi-annual reports with the State Comptroller, designating what shall be included in said reports; providing a penalty.

SB 498 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking, removing and carrying away of sand, marl, shell, gravel, or other material from land located between any seawall and waters edge or from any beach or shore line within one half mile of the end of any seawall for any purpose other than that necessary or incident to navigation or dredging under State or Federal authority; fixing a penalty for any violation of the provisions of this Act.
