Relating to regulating the operation of corporations organized and incorporated under pre-existing law, the charters for which corporations have expired, and to extend for a period of fifty years the charters of such corporations which were operating on December 31, 1935, and filed an annual financial statement with the Board of Insurance Commissioners.
