Relating to appropriating the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, payable out of the General Revenue and not otherwise appropriated, to pay the mileage of members, their per diem, and to pay the salaries and per diem of officers and employees of the First Called Session of the Forty-Third Legislature of the State of Texas.
