Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of texas the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty-one Dollars ($321.00), not otherwise appropriated, to cover refund due the Clark Dredging Company of Galveston, Texas, by the State of Texas for over franchise tax paid by the said company to the State of Texas.
