Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Courts to provide for offices in the courthouse for use of the District Judges and District Attorneys; to contract for and purchase office furniture, office supplies and equipment, legal blanks and stationery; to contract for and purchase, with or without competitive bids, books, and cases therefor, for the use of the District Courts.
