SB 326, 39th R.S.
Relating to providing that the fact that any juror who is a member of and belongs to any secret organization which conceals or attempt to conceal the identity of its membership from the public at large, whether said organization be fraternal, political, or otherwise, shall hereafter be a sufficient and lawful ground for challenge for cause for any such juror when made by any party to any lawsuit, civil or criminal.
