Relating to making an appropriation out of any funds remaining to the credit of the Mileage, Per diem and Contingent Expense Funds of the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature, to pay the contingent expense and to pay the mileage and per diem of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the Second Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature.
