Relating to repealing certain statute giving the State the right to file land suits in Travis County instead of the county where the land is situated, and requiring that suits already filed but not tried to be transferred or moved to the proper court in the county where the land is situated, providing that such suits must hereafter be brought in the county where the land involved or any part thereof may lie.
