SB 194, 42nd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Texas Prison System, by and with the consent of the Governor and the Attorney General, to grant and lease to districts, companies, firms, and individuals carrying on, or formed for the purpose of carrying on, an irrigation business, rights-of-way for irrigation canals, laterals, flumes, and ditches, not over 150 feet in width along, across and over lands owned by the State as a part of the Penitentiary System.
