SB 457, 40th R.S.

Relating to authorizing any county in this State upon a vote of two-thirds majority of the resident property tax payers voting thereon, in addition to all other debts, to issue bonds or warrants, or otherwise lend its credit in an amount not to exceed one-fourth of the assessed valuation of the real property of such county for the purpose of navigation and in aid thereof.
