Relating to providing that all policies of Workmen's Compensation Insurance shall contain endorsement as to the method of determining dividends and assessments, if any, prohibiting more than one plan of operation by any one company or association, prohibiting discrimination between policyholders, and providing for invalidity of agreements made contrary to the terms hereof and that violation of the terms hereof shall be cause for revocation of license to write Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
