SB 272, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing that rate of premiums to be charged or collected by all companies transacting the business of fire and/or tornado insurance in this State shall be exclusively fixed and determined and promulgated by the Board of Insurance Commissioners, and providing that no insurance company shall charge or collect any premium or other compensation for any policy of fire and/or tornado insurance other than at the rate as herein provided for.
