HB 108 Caption: Relating to providing that Commissioners Courts of certain counties may employ council and institute suits for collection of delinquent taxes on tracts of lands, the titles to which emanate from the King of Spain and on which delinquent taxes are owed, such counties may employ counsel and institute suites for the collection of such delinquent taxes, and are authorized to have said tracts partitioned in order to collect such delinquent taxes; providing said Act shall be cumulative of other existing laws, except in so far as same conflict herewith; and repealing all conflicting laws to the extent of the conflict.
HB 172 Caption: Relating to providing that the proceeds of sales of large tracts of land partitioned by decrees of district courts in certain counties, and which are unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days by those entitled to such proceeds, shall be placed in the general funds of the counties wherein such lands, or major portions thereof lie; providing a savings clause and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith to the extent of such conflict.
HB 254 Caption: Relating to levying additional taxes upon the sale of alcoholic beverages in this State.
HB 255 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act to provide that all officers appointed under the provisions of said Act shall have the powers, privileges and immunities of other peace officers; providing that such officers may perform the functions of Hide and Animal Inspectors in Counties where Hide and Animal Inspectors are not now authorized by law; containing a saving clause.
HB 256 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, pertaining to the County of Jim Hogg so as to make it therein lawful to capture, shoot, or kill Collared Peccary or Javelina at any time; prescribing a penalty for violation of any provision of this Act; retaining Crockett, Dimmit, Frio, Kinney, LaSalle, Maverick, Medina, McMullen, Starr, Uvalde, Val Verde, Webb, Zapata, and Zavala Counties in the provision thereof; prescribing a penalty for violation of any provisions of this Act; repealing conflicting laws or parts thereof.

HB 178 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the State Board of Control or any other agency of the State of Texas from establishing a State Tubercular Hospital or Sanitarium within less than one-half mile of the corporate limits of any incorporated city or town.

HB 358 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to defining the term, "taxing units," and providing a method of trial in cases involving such units by adding another Section thereto designated as Section No. 15, which Section shall provide that in tax suits, any one or more persons owning an undivided interest in land against which a suit for delinquent taxes has been filed as provided in said Act, may in such suit ask for a partition of said land as now provided by law for the partition of the land owned undivided by two (2) or more persons, and making provision for additional compensation to the county, district, or other attorney representing the State and county in said suit where a partition is sought; defining "owner."

HB 537 Caption: Relating to providing for the study of the Science of Marine Biology; authorizing and accepting the donation by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, of certain land on the waters of Corpus Christi Bay to the Texas College of Arts and Industries and providing for the erection of a marine biological laboratory thereon as a part of such college and in conformity with the provisions of certain statute.
HB 589 Caption: Relating to the Charter of the City of Kingsville so that its city limits will include a parcel of land approximately three (3) city blocks, lying immediately south of the original campus of the Texas College of Arts and Industries, being a dormitory site recently purchased for the State of Texas by the Board of Directors of the Texas College of Arts and Industries.
HB 616 Caption: Relating to requiring license for the operation, maintenance, opening and establishment of all places of business used by processors of dairy products for the exclusive sale at retail of such products; declaring certain violations to be offenses and prescribing a penalty for the violations.
HB 660 Caption: Relating to granting aid to the property and inhabitants of Starr County, Texas, because of the fact that there exists in said County an average of over two hundred thousand (200,000) acres of land in thirty two (32) porciones upon which taxes are not paid.
