HB 70, 51st 1st C.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, so as to make same applicable to all counties in this State which are located one or more tracts of land, or portions thereof, having in excess of 3,000 acres which are owned by twenty (20) or more persons in undivided interests on which certain delinquent taxes are due; providing that said Act shall be cumulative of other existing laws, except in so far as same conflict herewith; and repealing all conflict laws to the extent of the conflict.
