HB 358, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts relating to defining the term, "taxing units," and providing a method of trial in cases involving such units by adding another Section thereto designated as Section No. 15, which Section shall provide that in tax suits, any one or more persons owning an undivided interest in land against which a suit for delinquent taxes has been filed as provided in said Act, may in such suit ask for a partition of said land as now provided by law for the partition of the land owned undivided by two (2) or more persons, and making provision for additional compensation to the county, district, or other attorney representing the State and county in said suit where a partition is sought; defining "owner."
