Relating to amending certain Act to provide that all officers appointed under the provisions of said Act shall have the powers, privileges and immunities of other peace officers; providing that such officers may perform the functions of Hide and Animal Inspectors in Counties where Hide and Animal Inspectors are not now authorized by law; containing a saving clause.
