SB 28 Caption: Relating to regulating the practice of law in Texas; creating the State Bar of Texas.

SB 60 Caption: Relating to providing that the equalization of the business of the Courts of Civil Appeals shall be made by the Supreme Court as of the close of business in said Courts of Civil Appeals on December 31st and May 31st of each year.
SB 61 Caption: Relating to providing for and regulating nominations of candidates for District Judges, Criminal District Judges, Justices of the Courts of Civil Appeals, Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals and Justices of the Supreme Court by political parties casting one hundred thousand votes or mroe for their candidates for Governor at the next preceding general election, making this Act take precedence over and repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
SB 62 Caption: Relating to defining the meaning of practicing law and prohibiting corporations and all other persons, firms, or associations from practicing law in Texas except licensed attorneys of the bar, and prohibiting attorneys from splitting fees with others than attorneys, and providing a violation of this Act may be enjoined, and providing penalties for violations of this Act.
SB 63 Caption: Relating to withdrawing exemption of bar examination from graduates of law schools.
SB 64 Caption: Relating to providing that attorneys from other jurisdictions shall be required to pass the examination given to other applicants, with exception respecting participation by such attorneys in the trial or hearing of any particular case wherein a resident practicing attorney of texas is actually employed, associated and personally participating.
SB 172 Caption: Relating to the service of process on the State Highway Commissioner and designating said officer as the agent for such purposes in suits against non-residents for injuries inflicted within this State by non-resident operators of motor vehicles or motorcycles, so as to extend, cover and include not only the owners of said motor vehicles but likewise their agents, servants or employees operating the same.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to providing for the certification of questions of law by trial courts to Courts of Civil Appeals and by such Courts to the Supreme Court, and for the appeal by litigants from orders of trial courts overruling or sustaining general or special exceptions involving the constitutionality or validity of laws, orders, rules and regulations of State officers, boards and other commissions.
SB 192 Caption: Relating to diminishing the civil and criminal jurisdiction of the County Court of Sterling County, to conform to the jurisdiction of the District Court thereof.
SB 251 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to pay past due rent on Armories, from March 1, 1932, to August 31, 1932, under lease to the National Guard of the State of Texas, and authorizing payment of said rent on taking effect of this Act.

SB 356 Caption: Relating to providing that when a penalty of death or life imprisonment has been assessed, and a defendant escapes pending appeal, the Court of Criminal Appeals may reinstate the appeal under certain conditions; providing that this Act shall take immediate effect and govern cases now pending and not finally disposed of in said Court.
SB 475 Caption: Relating to providing means and methods whereby suits and causes of actions pending on the effective date hereof or which may be filed within one hundred and eighty days from the effective date hereof, may be postponed or continued, and orders of sales and executions may be stayed by complying with the conditions as provided in this Act.
SB 494 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land office to sell the west 3/4 of the west 1/2 of Section 40, Block M-15, in Swisher County, Texas, to T. H. Love, under the provisions of certain statute.
SB 495 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to accept, approve and file corrected field notes to any survey of land in Swisher County where said corrected field notes are made by a duly authorized official land surveyor and based upon the Hutchinson Iron Pipe Survey."
SB 561 Caption: Relating to declaring that all bonds, debentures, notes, collateral trust certificates, and other evidences of indebtedness, which have been, or which may be, issued by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, or by any Federal Land Bank or any other entity, corporation or agency now created, or hereafter to be created, by any Act or Acts of the Congress of the United States in connection with legislation for the relief of owners of mortgaged or encumbered homes, farms, ranches and other real estate, shall be lawful investments for all fiduciary and trust funds, and may be accepted as security for all public deposits where deposits of bonds or mortgages are authorized by law to be accepted.

SB 3 Caption: Relating to declaring the economic conditions and policy of this State concerning cooperation with the National Government in authorizing and providing for action by trade groups, labor and management of industry, eliminating unfair competition, promoting the proper productive capacity of industry, increasing the consumption of industrial and agricultural products by increasing purchasing power, reducing unemployment, improving standards of labor and otherwise rehabilitating industry and conserving natural resources, as announced in the National Industrial Recovery Act.
SB 16 Caption: Relating to validating all ad valorem tax levies heretofore made by incorporated cities and towns in the State of Texas which levies are unenforceable because of the failure of the governing bodies of such respective incorporated cities and towns to make such levy or levies by ordinance, and which are unenforceable because of the failure of such governing bodies to appoint the statutory board of equalization, and where the city council, city commission, or other governing body of such incorporated city or town have acted as a board of equalization in the fixing of the valuation of taxable property for ad valorem taxes within any such incorporated city or town.
SB 18 Caption: Relating to providing for the enforcement of liens upon realty owned by deceased persons or in which the estate of deceased persons may be interested.
SB 46 Caption: Relating to creating and establishing an official public agency of the State of Texas, the official title of which shall be "Texas Employment and Relief Commission" and designating the membership thereof and prescribing the duties of said commission, authorizing the issuance of $7,500,000.00 in bonds under authority of Section 51a, Article 3, of the Constitution of the State of Texas and providing the method of issuance, the sale and distribution of the proceeds arising from the sale thereof.

SB 121 Caption: Relating to authorizing the county judge to decrease the amount of a guardian's bond whenever in his opinion a smaller bond than the one in effect would be adequate to protect the estate of the ward.
