SB 46, 43rd 1st C.S.

Relating to creating and establishing an official public agency of the State of Texas, the official title of which shall be "Texas Employment and Relief Commission" and designating the membership thereof and prescribing the duties of said commission, authorizing the issuance of $7,500,000.00 in bonds under authority of Section 51a, Article 3, of the Constitution of the State of Texas and providing the method of issuance, the sale and distribution of the proceeds arising from the sale thereof.
