Relating to amending certain statute so as to confine reversals of errors of substance and merit, by adding thereto certain provisos to the effect that the Courts of Civil Appeals shall not reverse a judgment for errors not calculated to cause and which probably did not cause rendition of an improper judgment, or probably prevented appellant from making a proper presentation of the case on appeal.
