HB 76 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act which authorizes District Courts to grant stays of execution in all suits instituted for the purpose of foreclosing liens upon real property; extending the effective date of said Act to August 1st, 1936.
HB 381 Caption: Relating to permitting and authorizing the Fort Worth National Bank of Fort Worth, Texas, to bring and prosecute an action against the State of Texas on certain contracts.
HB 554 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 41st Legislature (2nd C.S.); providing that all companies which did not have a license and/or permit from the Board of Insurance Commissioners of Texas, for the year ending February 28, 1935, and that had not complied with certain statute for one (1) or more years prior to February 28, 1935, shall not be authorized to receive a permit and/or license to do business in Texas, and that the charters of such companies shall be forever cancelled, forfeited, annulled and held for naught.

HB 231 Caption: Relating to providing relief (in behalf of owners of land encumbered by liens) against immediate effect of foreclosures by providing the time when and the manner in which judgments in foreclosure and/or judgment in cases of trespass to try title may be satisfied and released and/or otherwise may become enforceable by or through writs of possession.
HB 333 Caption: Relating to the record in causes where a plea of privilege is sustained, providing for severable causes, and requiring amended pleadings to conform to Court's ruling.
HB 476 Caption: Relating to unfair competition and discrimination, making certain unfair and discriminatory practices that tend to create a monopoly or substantially lessen competition, unfair, defining the duties of the Attorney General in regard thereto; providing for actions to enjoin unfair competition and discrimination, and to recover damages therefor; making the violation of the provisions of this Act a misdemeanor, and providing penalties and venue.
HB 507 Caption: Relating to making it a felony for any person, other than persons authorized by the military authorities of the United States of America, or the State of Texas, to own, possess, or have in his possession, care, custody, or control, any mechanism or other weapon commonly known as a machine gun, submachine gun, or any similar weapon having a capacity to contain more than seven (7) cartridges, shells, or projectiles, or to barter, trade, exchange, or transport, or offer to sell the same; and providing a penalty.
HB 509 Caption: Relating to regulating and imposing duties and restrictions on certain public utilities; providing for the regulation of rates to be charged by public utilities for commodities furnished and services rendered; and providing for the repeal of all laws, and parts of laws, in conflict therewith.
HB 571 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall hereafter be unlawful for any sale of property to be made on any contract lien of any kind to be enforced or foreclosed on by any mortgage with the power of sale or by deed of trust or in any other manner save and except in a court of competent jurisdiction as is now provided for by law.
HB 613 Caption: Relating to providing that notes secured by liens on real estate shall provide for the entire interest to be collected; providing that it shall be unlawful for brokers, representing persons, firms, or corporations lending money, to change or collect from the borrower, any commission or compensation; providing for penalties.
HB 708 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the planting and/or sowing of Bermuda grass roots and/or seeds on the highways of this State, or lateral roads of any county in this State, except under certain conditions; providing for penalties therefor.
HB 791 Caption: Relating to providing that hereafter in all condemnation proceedings, the mineral rights of the condemned party shall be held superior to the surface rights of the condemning party, and in the event of any conflict where it is necessary to drill any offset well, that the surface rights shall yield to the mineral rights, and the condemning party shall immediately remove any interference or hindrance therewith, and in the event of his failure to do so upon demand, the owner of the mineral rights shall have the right to do so, without liability.

HB 9 Caption: Relating to the granting of relief in certain cases during the emergency declared to exist, from inequitable sales under deeds of trust and inequitable foreclosures of vendor's lien and execution sales of real estate, and providing for the postponement of certain sales.
HB 15 Caption: Relating to authorizing the issuance of relief bonds to the extent of five million dollars ($5,000,000), under Section 51-a, Article III, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, for the purpose of extending relief to bona fide residents of the State of Texas, who desire to purchase small farm homes.
HB 34 Caption: Relating to granting permission to Mrs. Ola Anderson and Oren Anderson, surviving wife and son of Henry A. Anderson, deceased, to bring suit against the State of Texas in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, for damages for personal injuries resulting in death received by the said Henry A. Anderson while on duty as a laborer in the employ of the North Texas State Teachers' College at Denton, Texas; providing that such suit may be filed within two (2) years after this Act takes effect.
HB 59 Caption: Relating to providing that certain cities may mortgage and encumber their airports and the income thereof, or either of them, for the purpose of acquiring or improving the same.
HB 158 Caption: Relating to fixing a limitation period of two (2) years for the bringing of suits of any kind on account of the closing and abandonment of public streets or alleys or public roads or thoroughfares, or any parts thereof, other than State Highways, by ordinance of the governing body of a city or town or by order of the Commissioners Court of a county; requiring causes of action accruing before the effective date of this Act, and not then already barred by existing limitation laws, to be sued upon within two (2) years after such effective date, and not thereafter, and causes of action accruing on or after the effective date of this Act, to be sued upon within two (2) years after the passage of the ordinance or order in question, and not thereafter.
HCR 32 Caption: Granting the insolvent Texas National Bank of Fort Worth permission to sue the State of Texas.

HB 32 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles to provide that in all cases where sales of real estate are made under powers conferred by any deed of trust or other contract lien, that in such sales in shall be the duty of the holder to give written notice of said sale to the owners of said land at least six months before the date of said sale.
