Relating to providing that it shall hereafter be unlawful for any sale of property to be made on any contract lien of any kind to be enforced or foreclosed on by any mortgage with the power of sale or by deed of trust or in any other manner save and except in a court of competent jurisdiction as is now provided for by law.
