HB 613, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that notes secured by liens on real estate shall provide for the entire interest to be collected; providing that it shall be unlawful for brokers, representing persons, firms, or corporations lending money, to change or collect from the borrower, any commission or compensation; providing for penalties.
