HB 554, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 41st Legislature (2nd C.S.); providing that all companies which did not have a license and/or permit from the Board of Insurance Commissioners of Texas, for the year ending February 28, 1935, and that had not complied with certain statute for one (1) or more years prior to February 28, 1935, shall not be authorized to receive a permit and/or license to do business in Texas, and that the charters of such companies shall be forever cancelled, forfeited, annulled and held for naught.
