Relating to unfair competition and discrimination, making certain unfair and discriminatory practices that tend to create a monopoly or substantially lessen competition, unfair, defining the duties of the Attorney General in regard thereto; providing for actions to enjoin unfair competition and discrimination, and to recover damages therefor; making the violation of the provisions of this Act a misdemeanor, and providing penalties and venue.
