HB 8 Caption: Relating to defining, regulating and licensing real estate brokers, real estate agents and real estate salesmen within the State of Texas, to create a State Board of Examiners to operate in conjunction with the office of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, and providing for the appointment of such examiners, and fixing their qualifications, compensation and tenure of office; providing a penalty.
HB 131 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the collateral security to be pledged by depositories for securing county funds, by depositing with the commissioners court a depository bond or by pledging with the commissioners court bonds and certificates of the indebtedness of the United States, bonds of the State of Texas.
HB 150 Caption: Relating to providing for and fixing the salary of the Banking Commissioner of Texas at $10,000 per annum and the salary of the Deputy Banking Commissioner at $7,500 per annum.
