Relating to amending certain section of the Workmen's Compensation Act by providing that an action for exemplary damages shall exist against an employer in favor of an injured employee under the compensation law who shall suffer permanent total disability as a result of injuries caused or occasioned by the willful act or omission or gross negligence upon the part of said employer, his agents, servants or other employees.
