Relating to appropriating the sum of $1,920 out of the general fund of the Treasury of the State of Texas not otherwise appropriated to the Matador Land and Cattle Company, LTD., being a refund to the said Matador Land and Cattle Company, LTD., of money paid the State of Texas by virtue of a deed executed by the Attorney General of Texas, dated April 12, 1899.
