HB 27 Caption: Relating to providing for a system of pleadings in district and county court I this State; defining such pleadings; providing for the assessment of cot against parties who improperly pled or deny material facts; repealing all laws in conflict with this act.
HB 28 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes in reference to the defendant's answer in trespass to try title and to provide that al material allegations in plaintiff's petition which are not denied shall be taken as confessed.
HB 29 Caption: Relating to providing for filing in duplicate certain papers in causes pending in the district and county courts and defining what hall constitute the record on appeal to the Court of Civil Appeals of Texas, and the action of the court thereof.
