HB 479, 31st R.S.
Relating to prohibiting minors over the age of fifteen from buying, receiving or accepting any intoxicating liquor and providing that any guilty of such offense may be compelled to testify as to such transaction and exempting the person so testifying from prosecution for any violation of this Act.
