Relating to creating, defining, and punishing the offense of felonious homicide, and assault with intent to commit felonious homicide; to amend Articles 605, 607, 644, 649, Subdivision 4 of Articles 675, 676, 713, 716 and 718 of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, so as to make said articles conform to the provisions of this act, and to repeal Articles 698, 699, 700, 701, 702, 703, 704, 705, 706, 707, 709, 710, 711, 712, 714 and 720 of said Penal Code.
