Relating to regulating and placing certain restrictions upon the shipment and transportation of intoxicating liquors into any county, justice precinct, school district, city or town, or subdivision of a county within this State, where the sale of intoxicating liquors has been prohibited under the laws of this State; fixing penalties for the violation of this Act.
