SB 102 Caption: Relating to providing that lawful rate of "conventional interest" shall not exceed six per centum per annum and providing penalties
SB 172 Caption: Relating to County Commissioners' salaries in certain counties.
SB 430 Caption: Relating to regulating the avocation and art of barbering; prescribing such sanitary rules and regulations in order to insure the proper sanitary conditions and to prevent the spreading of diseases.
SJR 8 Caption: Proposing an amendment of the Constitution of the State of Texas by adding to Article 8, Section 17a, providing for the vesting of authority in the Legislature of Texas to provide for the pensioning of aged and necessitous citizens of Texas; providing for the determination of the age of the beneficiary of said pension and fixing a limit therefor.

SB 318 Caption: Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of general revenue of the State Treasury to the Department of Agriculture to print Farm Census data.
SB 489 Caption: Relating to staying all sales under execution or order of sale or under any deed of trust, mortgage or other contract giving or granting any power of sale of real property for debt now advertised to be made on April 4, 1933, or which was advertised for sale on March 7, 1933, but which sale was stayed and postponed for a period of four weeks by Senate Bill 418, passed at the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature, until the first Tuesday in May, 1933.
SB 507 Caption: Relating to fixing the tuition to be collected from students registering in the schools of collegiate rank supported in whole or in part by appropriation of public funds from the State Treasury, and empowering the State Board of Education to grant scholarships to such institutions, and prescribing the regulation therefor, all funds collected under the provision of this bill to be placed in the State Treasury to the credit of the General Revenue.
SB 515 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale of fish taken from fresh water streams of certain named counties; providing means and methods of taking and possessing fish from fresh water streams of said counties; defining offenses and prescribing the penalty for violation thereof.

SB 7 Caption: Relating to encouraging State and National Industrial Recovery by cooperating with the National Government in fostering fair competition and for other purposes.
SB 8 Caption: Relating to declaring a statewide emergency productive of widespread unemployment affecting the public welfare, and declaring it to be the policy of this State to provide for the general welfare by cooperating with and assisting the National Government in carrying out a program of Public Works under the "National Industrial Recovery Act"; providing that this Act cease to be in effect at the expiration of two years.
SB 12 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the governing boards of the several State supported institutions of collegiate rank to except and exempt from the payment of all fees, dues and charges, except for lodging, board and clothing, all citizens of Texas who have resided in Texas for a period of not less than twelve (12) months prior to the date of registration, and who served as nurses of or as members in the armed forces of the United States during the Spanish-American and/or the World Wars.
SB 48 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Comptroller of Public Accounts to prescribe and prepare forms to be used in all counties in the collection and disbursement of revenues, funds, fees, and other moneys, and to prescribe the mode and manner of keeping and stating their financial accounts.

SB 68 Caption: Relating to authorizing W. B. Cross of Travis County, texas, as innocent purchaser of deficiency certificated Nos. 1205, 1320 and 1395, issued by the Comptroller of the State of Texas, to sue the State of texas on said deficiency certificates.

SB 5 Caption: Relating to releasing the interest and penalties from all delinquent ad valorem and poll taxes that were delinquent on or before August 1, 1934, due the State and county, city, common school district, independent school district, road district, levy improvement district, water improvement district, water improvement district, water control and improvement district, irrigation district, and other defined subdivisions of the State provided same are paid on or before February 1, 1935.
SB 12 Caption: Relating to defining license tax, regulating and controlling recreation establishment, fixing penalties for violation of this Act.
SB 13 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Secretary of the Board of Legal Examiners with the approval of the Supreme Court to appoint an assistant to serve during the months of February and March, June and July, October and November, prescribing a salary for same, authorizing payment of said assistant out of the fees of office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court.
