SB 346 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Bill authorizing the Lower Colorado River Authority to issue bonds for any corporate purpose providing that the aggregate principal amount of such bonds outstanding at any time shall not exceed Twenty-five Million ($25,000,000.00) Dollars.; eliminating certain provisions with reference to purchase of property of Central Texas Hydro-Electric Company.
SB 347 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Parks Board to acquire, build and construct parkways, roads, bridges and trails to park-sites on Buchanan and Inks Lakes in Burnet, Travis, Llano, Lampasas, Williamson and San Saba Counties; authorizing the Board to cooperate and match funds with other State and Federal agencies; making an appropriation to carry out the terms of this Act.

SB 264 Caption: Relating to providing that the governing boards of all institutions of collegiate rank supported in whole or in part by funds of the State of Texas shall exempt all citizens of Texas who are the children of men and women who died in active service during the World War or from disability incurred in the line of duty during said war from the payment of all dues, fees and charges whatsoever for tuition.
SB 277 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation to pay court costs accrued in the case of State of Texas versus Atlantic Oil Producing Company, et al. No. 53453, which case was tried in the District Court of Travis County and is now on appeal in the Court of Civil Appeals.
SB 286 Caption: Relating to providing for declaratory judgments; specifying the situations to which this Act applies; providing for construction of contracts before breach.
SB 303 Caption: Relating to creating a special law for San Saba County, Texas, providing that said County may fund certain warrants outstanding against its Road and Bridge Fund as of February 15, 1937 by the issuance of funding bonds, and setting forth the method of issuing same.
SB 321 Caption: Relating to defining Livestock Auction Commission Merchants, prescribing their duties as such Livestock Auction Commission Merchants, requiring them to give bond in a solvent surety company authorized to do business in this State, with a capital stock of not less than $500,000, such bond to be approved by the County Judge of such county; providing penalties.
SB 322 Caption: Relating to granting to Tom J. Taylor of Burnet County, Texas, the right, or permission, to bring suit against the State of Texas and/or the State Highway Department, in any Court of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.

SB 379 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation for the State Board of Dental Examiners out of the Dental Registration Fund.
SB 428 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient Road Law for Burnet County, providing the payment of a tax on Three Dollars ($3.00) by all persons in said county, subject to road duty under the General Laws, or the performance of certain manual labor on the road, in the discharge of said road duty.
SB 497 Caption: Relating to amending the "Lower Colorado River Authority Act" providing that nothing in Section 14 or elsewhere in said Act shall prohibit the District from acquiring property from or selling property to the City of Austin upon such terms and conditions, and entering into such contractual relations thereto, as the District and the City may mutually agree upon.
SB 503 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute prohibiting transportation of minnows of any and all species outside of the counties wherein such minnows are caught, seined, or taken, by adding thereto the County of Williamson and Burnet.
