SB 102, 47th R.S.
Relating to fixing the time within which any person having a claim against the State of Texas based on any disbursing order issued, prior to October, 1936, for general or transient relief purposes, shall present the same to the State Department of Public Welfare for approval and payment, or such claim shall be forever barred.
