SJR 13, 45th R.S.
Proposing an amendment to Article 16, Section 56, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that the Legislature is authorized to appropriate not to exceed the sum of One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars, per year for a period of five (5) successive years and commencing at any time within two 92) years after adoption hereof, for the purpose of brining tourists, immigrants and industries into this State.
