Relating to the authority of the State Bar of Texas to receive criminal records and reports of law enforcement agencies or other sources on those persons seeking to be licensed to practice law; realting to submission by the State Bar of Texas to law enforcement agencies of a list of persons seeking a license to practice law; realting to the duties of the findings; making the information received by the Stat Bar privileged, not to be disclosed except to those persons or agencies which are required to make a determiniation of eligibility for admission to the Bar except upon court order.
