Relating to removing the $25,000 ceiling on annual compensation; clarifying the effect of a homicide conviction on a beneficiary's right to benefits; increasing survivor benefits; modifying the disposition of survivor benefits; increasing survivor benefits; modifying the disposition of survivor benefits as a result of a beneficiary's remarriage; increasing the retirement, death, disability and survivor benefits of annuitants; specifying method and effects of benefit waivers; clarifying language with respect to member refunds to reflect legislative intent; removing fees for delinquent service assessed on years before 1975-76; affecting state contributions to the Teacher Retirement fund; making an appropriation.
