Amending Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, as amended, by adding a new section thereto, to be known as Section 6, to include services of doctors of podiatric medicine within the coverage of certain workmen's compensation laws; repealing laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency.
