HB 1847, 69th R.S.
Relating to the authority of Commissioners Courts in counties having a population of more than 900,000 persons to enact certain ordinances relating to (1) the assessment of fees for the review of subdivision plats; (2) the requirement of permits and fees by non public utility companies installing utility lines within the county right-of-way; (3) the assessment of fines for violation of a County ordinance; (4) the regulation and control of all construction, installation, repair or removal of any existing county highway or improvement; and (5) the requirement of reimbursement for costs of any county highway or improvement from the owner of the property benefited.
