Relating to establishing minimum educational standards for chiropractors; defining and regulating the practice of chiropractic; to create the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, prescribing its qualifications, powers and duties; to repeal all laws in conflict; to provide that if any part is held unconstitutional it shall not invalidate any other part.
