Relating to the provision of special identifying registration devices on license plates for vehicles operated by or for the transportation of certain disabled persons; providing fees, procedures for issuance, and certain parking privileges; prohibiting registration both under this Act and Section 5e, Chapter 88, General Laws, Acts of the 41st Legislature, 2nd Called Session, 1929; defining an offense and providing a penalty.
