HB 622	Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to provide for the service of citation to sureties of a defendant where the recognizance or bail bond has been forfeited and the sureties have not been exonerated from liability thereon in counties having a population of 350,000 inhabitants or more according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census.
