Relating to preserving the legality of the time credit price and its component parts in the sale of motor vehicles sold on installment terms, and requiring a written statement be furnished the purchaser itemizing cost items making up the total time credit price agreed to, and for the prevention of unfair trade practices in the sale of motor vehicles; providing penalties, constitutional clause.
