HB 368, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code so as to provide that any person who shall have been three times convicted of a felony less than capital under the laws of this State, any other state of of the United State shall on such third conviction under the laws of this State be imprisoned for life in the penitentiary.
