HB 715 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to provide that the holders of title to lands in Webb County may petition for the formation of one or more water districts, water improvement districts, drainage districts, conservation districts, reclamation districts and water control and improvement districts in Webb County; repealing all laws or parts of laws in this State insofar as the same are in conflict with this Act; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of all General and Special Laws of this State pertaining to the subject matter of this Act, when not in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause.
