Relating to amending a previous Act, relating to the appointment of Assistant District Attorneys in any Judicial District in this State consisting of three (3) or more Counties and in which there is situated a City of not less than thirty-nine thousand (39,000) people nor more than forty-nine thousand (49,000) people; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
