HB 12 Caption: Relating to imposing an occupation tax based on gross receipts, providing for a tax upon wholesale dealers in the sale of gasoline or any substitute therefor; setting forth the penalties prescribed for failure to make such reports and to pay such tax.
HB 16 Caption: Relating to regulating the imitation of names, styles and emblems of benevolent, fraternal, social, humane and charitable organizations, and to make it an offense to wear a badge, button or other emblem, or use the name or claim to be a member without authority of any such organization and providing for injunction and fixing penalties thereof.
HB 345 Caption: Relating to preserving and protecting the wild raccoons of this State; declaring wild raccoons to be the property of the State of Texas; defining offenses and describing penalties for the violation thereof; exempting certain counties of this State.
HB 403 Caption: Relating to amending certain law prohibiting the unlawful use of badges, etc., by adding thereto additional sections, said amendment regulating the issuance, use and adoption by any person, association of persons, society or organization, of certain names, designations, and paraphernalia of any society, organization or corporation previously organized and using the same within the State of Texas.
HB 665 Caption: Relating to providing for the formation of one drainage district in a county co-extensive with the limits of said county and including within its limits incorporated cities, towns, villages, and other drainage districts already formed.

HB 70 Caption: Relating to bond of Chairman of Navigation and Canal Commissioners and relating to bond of County Treasurer and relating to contractor's bond to Navigation and Canal Commissioners and relating to payment to contractors during progress of work, and providing that unconstitutionality of any part of this Act does not invalidate remainder; prescribing that all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are repealed.

HB 64 Caption: Relating to providing a means whereby moneys collected under the gasoline occupation tax law may be held pending judicial construction of said Act and ascertainment as to who owes said tax, and returned to the owner or placed in the Treasury after said judicial ascertainment as the law as so ascertained and construed may warrant.
HB 67 Caption: Relating to levying a State occupation tax on every person, firm, partnership, company, corporation, association, receiver, common law trust, those operating under a declaration of trust, or other concern, selling at wholesale in intrastate commerce in this State any gasoline.
