Relating to amending certain law prohibiting the unlawful use of badges, etc., by adding thereto additional sections, said amendment regulating the issuance, use and adoption by any person, association of persons, society or organization, of certain names, designations, and paraphernalia of any society, organization or corporation previously organized and using the same within the State of Texas.
