HB 59 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to penalties for the violation of the liquor laws.
HB 447 Caption: Relating to defining public utilities and providing for their regulation, creating the Public Utilities Commission of this State, and fixing their qualifications and compensation, and prescribing their duties and powers and the manner in which the jurisdiction herein conferred shall be exercised; providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
HB 816 Caption: Relating to providing that whoever shall forcibly take possession of any mortgaged personal property for any purpose whatever, without the consent of the owner of said property in writing, signed at the time of the taking possession of such personal property, shall be punished as for theft of such mortgaged personal property, notwithstanding any authorization to make such repossession signed at a time prior to the actual taking possession of such mortgaged personal property.
HB 817 Caption: Relating to providing a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in jail not to exceed two years, or both such imprisonment and fine, for any person who shall contract for, receive, collect, or accept, either directly or indirectly, a greater rate of interest than ten percent (10%) per annum on the principal indebtedness.
HB 818 Caption: Relating to providing that all written contracts whatsoever which may, in any way, directly or indirectly, provide for a greater rate of interest than ten percent (10%) per annum on the amount of the contract, and all mortgages securing any such contract shall be void and of no effect either as to principal or interest, or for any other purpose whatsoever.
