HB 816, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that whoever shall forcibly take possession of any mortgaged personal property for any purpose whatever, without the consent of the owner of said property in writing, signed at the time of the taking possession of such personal property, shall be punished as for theft of such mortgaged personal property, notwithstanding any authorization to make such repossession signed at a time prior to the actual taking possession of such mortgaged personal property.
